Hi all! October was an opportunity for us to achieve a single, song for the event Redadeg 2012 (relay race in Britain) to be held in May, from 12 to 19: From Brest Dournenez reached after a journey of 1500 kms through St Brieuc, Rennes, Nantes, Vannes, Carhaix, etc..
Held every two years, the song accompanies the riders throughout the 1500 kms. In 2010, The breton punk band Les Ramoneurs de Menhirs wrote the song last year.
After being working demo in y home studio in June and July, we recorded in the studio Boutou @ Plouarzel, studio Dom Bott, bassist. Facing the island of Moléne, and yes, we do not deprive ourselves of anything.
I've done my part mandolin, acoustic guitars, vocals. I called Martin Chapron on electric guitar, violin Pierre Droual, Dom Bott for bass, Mourad Ait Abdelmalek on drums. Three schoolgirls from Carhaix lent themselves to the play of chorus: thank you to Enora, Enora & Gwenn! Mixing was done by Pat Peron.
The title will be released early 2012 and a video clip is also in progress. Go to Yaouank festival in Rennes (MuzikHall) November 19 at 23:50 to finish shooting the video clip .
